Bootham Place is situated in a quiet residential area just outside the city walls. A stone's throw from York Minster. It is newly built, self-contained and furnished to a high standard.

The apartment comprises of a large lounge, Kitchen & dining room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom is en-suite with shower and there is a family bathroom. This apartment is on the third floor and unfortunately there is no lift.

Minimum stay is three nights and the price is all inclusive.

There is no facility to park a vehicle near the apartment but the car park at Hedley House can be used for this purpose, which is within a five minute walk of Bootham Place.
