Just along the road from "The Cottage" is Ivan House. This property has been divided into two apartments and is part of the original coach house used when travelling north to and from York.

The ground floor apartment has a large lounge / dining room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The upper apartment has a kitchen, lounge / dinning room and bathroom with shower on the first floor and a large bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) on the top floor.
