Frequently asked questions

  • What are your check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request (fees may apply).

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, we offer secure off-street parking for £18 per night. Spaces are limited, so pre-booking is essential.

  • Can we leave our luggage?

    Early arrivals can leave luggage or park your car from any time.


    Bags can be left on day of departure and cars can be left for the rest of the day at a surcharge (except Saturdays) 

  • Is breakfast included?

    Breakfast is your choice.


    Our full Yorkshire breakfast is available with all bookings, but it's completely optional. You decide what works best for you.


    For apartment bookings, breakfast is available as an optional extra that you can add to your stay.

  • Do you have family rooms?

    Yes, we have lots of multi bedrooms, perfect for groups and families

  • Are pets allowed?

    We do accept dogs in some rooms by prior arrangement and we have some lovely riverside walks close by.

  • Do you have WiFi?

    Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel and apartments.

  • Do you do Laundry?

    Yes we can wash and dry large loads daily.
